Train

The main gateway to 3 Valleys is Dronfield station (National Rail for times) which will be served by all our festival buses.

A number of venues are walkable from the station and there are shops and cash machines close by.

Festival feeder buses

In addition we will run some feeder bus services at the start and end of the day picking up in Mosborough, Eckington, Ridgeway, Totley and Bradway.

There will also be a feeder bus from Dore & Totley station (on the Sheffield-Manchester line), however if you are coming by train we would reccommend using Dronfield station as it will be at the heart of the festival.

Local buses

There are also local commercially operated bus services serving most of the venues (normal fares payable) all of which are low floor access buses that can take wheelchairs and pushchairs

See the council Public Transport page for details.

Festival buses

Buses will run about every 15 minutes between noon and 9pm.

The festival bus routes all commence at Dronfield station in the turning circle alongside the southbound platform. Simply step off a train and on to one of our buses!

IT'S FREE BUT...
No promises are made about operation of buses or availability of seats. Buses will ONLY stop at the advertised locations.

BUT ALSO...
Please feel free to chuck some money in the appreciation bucket!

NO FOOD OR DRINK
Please do not bring drinks or consume food on board. This is to help us maintain a safe, clean and pleasant environment for all.

Dogs and children welcome.

Unfortunately, the old design of the buses means they cannot accommodate wheelchairs or pushchairs (but the local buses can - see below).

Manor House

The Manor House Hotel is bang in the centre of Dronfield town and is a participating festival venue. This boutique hotel has 11 individually styled rooms in a 15th Century Grade II listed building that was renovated into its current design in 2009.

Alternatively why not try one of the following a short taxi ride away from 3 Valleys Land:

DoubleTree by Hilton

Sheffield Park

Cross Scythes

Totley

The above locations will also have a free bus to and from the festival at the start and end of day.

3 Valleys is organised by the participating venues working together with a little encouragement and co-ordination from local branches of CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) who are happy to support the success of the local beer, cider and pub scene.

The organising of the festival is co-ordinated by Rob Barwell and Andy Cullen, both local CAMRA volunteers, however the festival itself is an independent event.
